Donostia - San Sebastian (1978) is a photojournalist and filmmaker. He has worked as a freelance photo and videojournalist collaborating with different international media and agencies, focusing his lens on social struggles, respect for human rights and migration, which has led him to work in countries such as Jordan, Sahara, Greece, Ukraine or the Central Mediterranean, publishing his reports in media such as The Guardian, El País, Vice News or Euronews among many others.

He has directed short documentaries and in 2021 together with his collective and production company NERVIO, he released in cinemas all over Spain the film "Aita Mari", his first feature documentary, a work of more than 3 years of follow-up on an old Basque tuna boat transformed into a rescue boat for humanitarian work in the Central Mediterranean.
